Creating LEO constellation on Skydel issues

Hi everyone!! I have few questions about Skydel for LEO constellation, please… I would be happy if you can help!! Thanks!!
Question 1: TLE Import Error in Skydel
I am trying to create a LEO orbit by modifying a Galileo orbit and importing the corresponding TLE as a .txt file into Skydel. However, I keep encountering an error related to the first line of the TLE (specifically, the satellite ID). Could you clarify if Skydel requires a specific format for TLE files? If so, what modifications should I make to ensure compatibility?

Question 2: Increasing the Number of Satellites in a Constellation
By default, Skydel allows up to 36 satellites for the Galileo constellation. Is there a way to increase this limit and simulate a larger number of satellites within a given constellation?

Question 3: Unidentified Satellites in the Scenario
I have noticed that certain satellites (e.g., SV1) appear as “non-identified” in my scenario. This issue affects multiple satellites, not just SV1. What could be the cause of this, and how can I resolve it?

Hello, do you have any update on this? What is the format required for TLE files?

In my case, I am trying to load a TLE into a custom constellation, but I get the same error (and TLE files without the optional name line are not recognized as TLE files).

Hello, I couldn’t find the appropriate format for TLE, so I created a MATLAB script that takes a Galileo RINEX (.nav) file and modifies the orbital parameters using data from the TLE, and then import it into Skydel…
Hope this helps :slightly_smiling_face:
