Yes Leisa, Our teams are aware about this case, this is very interesting as it would be the first time a negative leap second would have to be managed by systems using GNSS receiver. Future plans are seriously focusing on stopping the leap second introduction process but in the meantime, it is better to check any issue in advance. For our GNSS community, this is of course a new opportunity to test any potential behavior using a GNSS simulator - Skydel solutions have been designed for that purpose as well.
