I have my vehicle position at my current location on the earth and my Start Time set to Current Computer Time. Why does my Skyplot in Skydel show different SVs and relative positions than my receiver that is connected to an antenna receiving live sky signals?

Hi Chris,
Skydel uses its own navigation data to keep autonomy and these internal data are not necessary the same as “real” sky condition, that is normal. If you want to use a specific RINEX navigation message file as your ephemeris and almanac for the simulation, you will need to import the RINEX file for each constellation.
You can find help lines in the [http://manuals.spectracom.com/skydel/index.html#settings-start-time](http://manuals.spectracom.com/skydel/index.html#settings-start-time)
We are also working on a way to download automaticaly navigation data for real sky simulation. More inputs to come shortly on this topic.
